"We stayed in the Deluxe room this time, the room is very clean and all rooms are seaview room. The breakfast is expectional, especially the Japanese Style breakfast, they offered the entire set meal with rice and 5 dishes. Also the Spa and Tiger beach offer the great experience and the price is fair. I recommend to stay in this resort for more than 1 day."

"Everything was amazing except the floor in the room. It was kept very clean but it’s the kind you put outside on your patio. It was very rough on your feet if you want to walk barefoot. FYI I stayed after the reno. The hotel was extremely family friendly and had tons of families with children. There was a game room, indoor playground, and arts and crafts room on the ground floor. "Overall bad experience, three-star hotel at most. The hotel is old, facilities not quite clean. Our pillows have a dirty feet smell, very unpleasant. Even after we asked them to change the pillows, the next day, there is another dirty feet smell pillow!!! Food is not good either. The only ok restaurant is the Four Season one and the Japanese restaurant. But not all restaurants open all the time. Staff is not as friendly to foreigners as to Japanese . Limited English speaking staff"

"This is by far the best hotel I've ever stayed at, especially at this price point. The hotel was extremely clean. The view was impeccable. The staff was friendly and helpful.
