「The connectivity of resorts from the main road is bit bad. 」

「施設、接客態度、食事、インターネット環境等、全てにおいて最悪でした。それに対してのホテル価格が高すぎる。今まで宿泊したホテルで最悪でした。Hotels.comのホテルから外すべきだと感じた。」

「Goroomgo is a big cheater and we are going to file case against them in consumer forum because the photo and description was totally fauly andihad to leave the property in just two days...though they took 5000 advance...and it is really most pathetic experience in my life where goroomgo guys keep on disconnecting the calls...finally i went to new hotel...i would never suggest this hotel and site to anyone. Thanks」

「Pros: Property is good, location is also fine, food quality was also good, beds and ambience were good. Staff was helpful. Its on the main road of jim corbett. Cons: Property is little old, washroom does have bath tub but not in good condition. This property needs little maintenance 」

「I stayed Windsor Lodge with my daughter in June 2022. This is a Heritage property and renovated long back. The rooms are spaces and staff is very friendly. The problem is rooms are very old, stinking, linen and bed not good condition. Old style TV, bathroom, network issues away from the city. This Property needs immediate renovation. 」

「Unser Aufenthalt im Iris Resort war toll! Das Personal kümmert sich wirklich reizend um die Gäste und das Angebot an Aktivitäten ist sehr groß. Das einzige Manko war der Zustand des Zimmers. Es war sehr schön eingerichtet und komfortabel, jedoch waren die Möbel schon recht abgenutzt und das Bad nicht ganz sauber. Alles in allem ist das Resort aber sehr empfehlenswert! Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist sehr gut 」

「This place is really run down and super dirty. I had to change rooms because my first was so unlivable. The second was better, but still really really dirty. You can tell at one point this was a nice property, but it has not been taken care of in years. Avoid. 」
