トータムの三つ星ホテル

「Property location is really nice with good views, food was good. Room needs bit of furnishing, as there were no wardrobes.. Slightly over priced compared to the amenities in the room. Hospitality was better when this hotel was called Manu Maharani, this time felt like corporate vibe with less personal touch.. More like money and profits.. Thanks」

「The property was nice and we have enjoyed our stay.」

「The staff is friendly and accommodating. You may feel that the room looks different from the photos on the website. The room can't be described as clean, but it's tolerable. If you think the cheeper is better, I recommend you to choose this hotel.」

「The hotel charges sky high rates… I paid 12K per room night in a place like Nainital… in exchange of terrible food, unresponsive room service. The hotel relies only on it’s heritage status and nothing else. Would never recommend it to anyone.」

「Wonderful stay and very polite and caring staff. Really enjoyed the experience.」

「Everything is perfect one thing i didnt like its very interior imside d forest」

「The location is amazing, We found that the bathroom doors didn't close properly. So one of us had to go out and lock the main door to use the washroom.」

「The place was calm, away from the nuisance of city. View from the cottage was mesmerizing and staff was very courteous, specially Sanjay. Cottages were well maintained but could have more cleaner as I found some small spider webs here and there but overall the place was nice!」

「THey gave us a room behind the garbage area which was having bad smell. Also, when we called to staff there was no response so everytime we had to go personally for any issue.」
