「Absolutely beautiful facility. Several villas that any American would proudly call home. Stunning views over the jungle and ocean. Fantastic infinity pool with perfect water temperature. Conveniently located just outside central Montezuma. The only reason for the one star reduction was the extreme heat and bugs inside Villa #2. At check in, the villa was well over 95°F with doors and windows closed and no AC running. Opening everything only made it hotter. The cement construction trapped heat...

「The owner is very nice and provided a good check in experience. Room had a beautiful view from the mountain down over the water. The main drawback was that our ‘neighbor’ sat outside smoking constantly and it made a morning out front of our room relaxing, very unpleasant.」
