「Convenient location.」

「Everything was excellent 」

「It's overall unkind. And the interior is renovated and somewhat clean but there were mosquitoes and fly in room. Also, there were cats and chickens outside. About staff, there was only one who is kindness. And, why do not they do housekeeping everyday?」

「The views at this property was incredible and the rooms were amazing. The outside furniture could use an upgrade but the hotel is very picturesque and makes for great photo ops. The initial interaction with front desk staff was not the warmest of what I expected but it got better. The property's location is great, very easy access into town. However, it is not easily accessible driving to the property initially. The rooms were very spacious and my favorite part of the hotel.」

「The staff were very friendly and helpful. The cove is beautiful, well maintained beach area, and not nearly as busy as public beaches on the island. We had so much fun snorkeling every day. We highly recommend and will certainly be back!」

「This was the perfect spot for our vacation. We walked into town every day and had delicious meals on site at the restaurant. Christina was the best and went above and beyond at making us feel at home! The chefs Christin and Jason are so talented and we ate some of the best food on the island there! We loved the staff!!! The rooms are comfortable and clean. 」

「Decent budget accommodations in the center of Charlotte Amalie managed by a responsive staff. There's a café on premises offering complimentary coffee and reasonably priced breakfast and lunch items which is nice as there aren't many restaurants very close by. The A/C was inadequate as it was poorly installed at floor level and window's louvers could not be fully closed. The ceiling fan did not work but the staff provided a standing fan. Mosquitoes were an occasional problem. 」

「年末に3泊予約をしました。チェックインしたところ、なぜか隣のリゾートホテルに回されました。同じグループとのことで、こちらは満室だからということでした。となりのリゾートホテルの設備も悪くはないと思うのですが、ガーデンビューといいながら、なんだか山の中にいるみたい、なんだかすっきりしませんでした。ビーチまでは徒歩15分、ビーチチェアもホテルに宿泊していないから、とのことで無料で借りることができませんでした。ビーチはきれいで、スノーケルもすぐ近くでできます。朝の散歩を楽しむ意味でも、そちらに泊まってホテルを評価してみたかったです。」
