"This was such a pleasant stay. This was our second time around staying at Plakan. Everyone was always nice, helpful, and friendly. Definitely will stay there again in the future. Again, might not be that easy for those who doesn’t have a transportation, but the location isn’t too far from downtown."

"Do not book, I booked through hotel.com and when arrived they said they no longer except hotel.com reservations. Hotel customer support tried to get in contact with them and were unable, so my refund was not approved. They should removed themselves from the hotel.com app to prevent customers from booking their hotels."
