"We were not allowed to stay at the hotel on because of facility issues with heating systems either for not having enough staff or due to off season conditions and end of season. The beach, outdoor pool, soccer field looked great. They moved us to Joli Park Hotel in the city but that was just to sleep for the night and their pool was non functional either. "The rooms are basic, very basic. The bedding was clean. The bathroom was clean but the shower was old, in need of renovation and did not easily keep the water in. This is a 2-3 star property ideal for a budget concious traveller in transit, but not a long stay. Directly opposite the MSC cruise terminal, so you had ocean views.
