Great little central hotel

Great central location , only about 8 mins from station . Room was fine , only lacked tea making facilities but we could buy one in reception area . Breakfast was good , yoghurts , meat cheeses , bread , croissants , cake cereal , juices. Staff all very helpful . Hotel was excellent value for money and we would recommend.

Easy walk from the train station but tucked away off the main streets. All the staff are warm, welcoming and helpful. E-bike rentals right out of the hotel. Rooms are clean and newly refurbished and nice style. Ask for a room with a window, if available.

As always the staff are friendly and helpful, even carrying our suitcase on both arriving and leaving. The only criticism is a poor choice of breakfast which we hope will improve one day. In the meantime we will continue to use this hotel as its proximity to both the station and centre is brilliant.

Lobby and breakfast room looked new and clean. The room itself was different. Bathroom very small, toilet seat not even fully liftable so it leans on your back when sitting. Weird stains on the roof, not sure what it was. Water didn't heated uo very much. Only mildly warm. Breakfast fast simple but hand made coffee. Reception service people were very nice though. Was the cheapest room,.so maybe it was that. Location is great though. Very close to the promenade.

Greeted well by reception staff, who showed us to our room and carried my wife’s luggage. Whilst this is categorically not a 5 star hotel, the bed was superbly comfortable as well as the pillow. Breakfast probably let the hotel down, the breakfast room you can’t swing a cat around and the offer was limited, perhaps as it was 09:30 when we got down there all the good stuff had gone, nevertheless, we will stay there again as it suited our purposes perfectly

Fantastic friendly staff

Hotel Torino was perfect. Clean and simple with friendly, helpful staff and great coffee. Everything worked. On arrival, late in the evening, I asked for hot water - it was provided. I asked for help with my heavy case - it was provided. They were happy for me to leave my bag for a few hours after I checked out. The room was basic, but very clean and comfortable. I would definitely recommend and will stay here again. Thank you.

A little bit worn out. Very olde fashioned bathroom. Newer ones to be seen on pictures. But very clean in general and a comfortable bed. Sufficient for one night. If I had booked a longer period I would have been disappointed.

The room was extremely small with no window, and no room for even a single chair. However, the bathroom was very large and comfortable, and so was the bed, for that matter! There is no lift/elevator, so be aware that if your room is not on the ground floor, you must be able to carry your luggage.

The hotel is in great condition and very well kept but the new owners are still going to do a renovation soon and put their mark on it. Breakfast is good, location great for walking from train station or to the sights. Brindisi is a nice city to visit and the Hotel Torino is a great choice to stay.

Great hosts and excellent location

The personnel are exceptional. Mino, Bruno & Francesco Are very helpful. The hotel is well located near the train station, shops and restaurants. Darker curtains would help during the summer nights.

The room of the hotel is completely unpersonal. No windows, no paintings or elements of design. Absolutely depressing. Nobody was at the check out. Last night, we came back from dining and noone was at the reception desk, leaving the room keys box available for any thief possibilities. Shameful.

Friendly staff good location.Be aware of valuables

overall good stay. I recommend the breakfast, they have really nice cornetto and coffee. The staff is friendly. Just watch out not to let your valuables in the rooms because some separat rooms have the SAME balcony and the cleaning staff let my window (which I closed) open after cleaning. I guess this is a different mentality in south Italy. :D
