「Ehkä parasta hotellissa saamaani asiakaspalvelua koskaan missään. Vastattiin hienosti asiakkaan toiveisiin ja autettiin palvelun järjestämisessä. Hotelli on myös tunnelmallinen ja kodikas. Sopivasti erilainen kuin tavalliset ketjuhotellit. Kiitos Casparin mukavalle henkilökunnalle👍」

「Dog friendly and air conditioned rooms. Walking distance to town centre. Swimming pool and sauna included at no extra cost which was a great way to relax after a day of exploring. Buffet style breakfast with lots of local food options to choose from.」

「Nettes Personal, sehr schöne und saubere Ferienwohnungen. Die Anlage ist kinderfreundlich -Kinderpool, Indoorspielplatz, Sandspielplatz etc. Pool und Sauna sind sehr sauber bis bis 22:00 offen. Besuch mit Kindern ist bis 20:00 erlaubt. 」

「Alles ganz neu. Apartment sehr luxuriös ausgestattet und mit sehr grossem Balkon. Da noch sehr neu auch in einwandfreiem Zustand. Empfehlenswert. 」

「We are a family with 2 children, and we stayed for 3 nights. The room was clean. The receptionist was helpful and gave us a special attention with changing the room which was more suitable for our small children. The outdoor jacuzzi was pleasant and with hot water. The breakfast was tasty and equivalent of the properties' star rating. The only negative point was a Monday breakfast when I suppose the hotel occupancy was low, so the breakfast food variety was very reduced and except that the food...

「Accueil agréable,malgré la difficulté de la langue car peu de personnes parlent anglais nous avons pu aborder divers points avec la direction qui a su nous apporter réponse par un geste commercial appréciable.Propreté de l’établissement,,équipement et qualité du service de bons niveaux et l'emplacement correspondait parfaitement aux activités que nous avions dans cette région.」

「The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was varied and the room was large with good view to the city. The center was within walking distance. It is important to know that rooms are only cleaned on request. Unfortunately the staff do not speak English or German. A translator is helpful. We felt very welcome.」

「Check in was seamless, suite was spacious, clean and with pleasant view. Breakfast options were scarce with many buffet options empty as it seems that people from other properties were also coming to the hotel. No one was verifying who was a guest or not at the breakfast buffet that was included. Location was perfect and in close proximity to Adsprach and Teplickie Skaly.」
