The building is in desparate need of attention, but i guess with little to no tourists visitng the country, it makes it dificult to invest in repairs and updates. The staff are great. "Nice hotel with big spacious room good breakfast options and wonderful staff. Mandalay is a big city so location was okay close to the palace. If you need to get more around there are plenty of TUKTUK’s. Booked 4 nights and had a wonderful time."
