"I am surprised this place is only 1 star, I would say it's a 3 star really. Being really picky but the telly in the room could of been bigger. I guess what should be included is a mosquito net, the mosquitoes on this island are savage. I had bites on bites. I was bathing in mosquito repellent and still was getting bitten."

"Definitely not a 4 stars hotel, maybe 3 stars. The deluxe room is just right at the corner of the reception, very noisy and cramped. When we arrived we were informed that the sauna was in another facility 2 kilometres away - not sure if we meant to walk all the way there. "

"Near of a superb beach. The staff were friendly and helpful. But the beds too small . No restaurant in the local area were open for dinner or lunch . I use Uber to the central areas several times to access the restaurants. 15 or 20 minutes taxi 🚕 distance. "

"we loved the location of de pousada but a part from that it was really bad - a lot of mold in the room and we stayed several days - not once the rooms were cleaned, breakfast was not as described (way less and way more basic, fruits were missing no juices etc.). after day 6 we asked if they could fill up the toilet paper and they just handed my friend a box to fill it up since they don't do it. very disappointed about the place a part from the great location."

"Hotel bom, mas precisa de reforma principalmente na área do banheiro do quarto. Ducha sai pouquíssima água, box apertado, pia antiga. Cafe da manhã com poucas opções, bem regrado. O tamanho do quarto é bom e as camas confortáveis. A estrutura da parte da piscina, recepcao e estacionamento é ótima. Funcionários bem atenciosos. O bairro onde fica a pousada é bem tranquilo e próximo a praias importantes de Ilhabela, como a praia do Curral."
