「The property is very outdated. The room was okay but the electricity was going in and out so when we got there the room was musty. The ice machines on the first, second, and third floor didn’t work, so I had to go to the bar to get ice. Breakfast was okay. Def not the best Embassy suites I’ve ever been to, but for the price, it served its purpose. Front desk, housekeeping, and breakfast staff were very friendly.」

「My husband and I were driving my mother to Albuquerque from Illinois to live with us, and we stayed one night at this hotel. She requires some mobility accommodations, and I ordered an accessible room. Check-in was super easy, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The room was right off the lobby, which made it very easy to get her settled.
