I is off the beaten path (several miles of dirt roads to get there (normal for the Az. area), but once there the owners were very hospitable, friendly and service oriented. "Just an average property with poor linen, a dirty shower stall, and the cheapest one ply toilet paper. No view of the river, but, there is a view of an abandoned 13 story construction property across the river and the God awful giant green tarp. More of a low rent residential neighborhood on the river."

"Accommodations were perfect for the 3 couples, would be for a family as well. Good design, high ceilings make it cool for desert living...master bedroom and shower very nice. Although never used the property was equipped with a large variety of cooking devices. Clean, quiet and well kept. Well Done !"
