「Despite being told that my booking was guaranteed and that you withdrew monies from my account - on arrival I was told that Sunbird had no knowledge of the booking, were full and had no knowledge of Hotels.com. My husband and I were left without any accommodation in the vicinity because of the World Rally Championships. You failed to respond to emails and phone calls to date. And have not refunded my money」

「Personnels attentionnés, chaleureux et disponibles pour répondre aux questions. Cet endroit se situe à mi-chemin entre le lac Nakuru et Naivasha, donc excellent emplacement pour visiter ces 2 endroits. A environ 2h30 de Nairobi. Tout le personnel de l’hôtel va nous manquer, car leur gentillesse est mémorable. Bravo!」

「Malgré l'accueil et la grande gentillesse du personnel, il y a 2 fausses notes : J'avais téléphoné 5 fois depuis Paris pour réserver un jeep pour faire un safari le lendemain. On a pas pris en considération ma demande J ai été obligée de rester jusqu'à minuit à la réception pour trouver une jeep. Et le lendemain matin, ce n'était pas une jeep qui est arrivée , mais un van ! Ensuite, la réception ne répond jamais au téléphone quand on appelle d une chambre Il faut se déplacer...
