「Hotel is tired in places needs some refurbishment. Staff very helpful. Breakfast average.」

「A street entrance would be a great help. I arrived at the station, disabled with a walking stick and luggage and had to walk all the way around to the back」

「The hotel is very worn in all areas - carpet dirty and coming up. Hallways are dark and dingy. The room was dirty with mold in the bathroom. No AC and the window only opened 1 inch so the room was incredibly hot despite 2 fans. The location is great but I would never stay here again. I left early to go to the Holiday Inn.」

「Food was fairly decent, staff were all excellent. Nice clean room, lovely comfortable bed. Big clean bathroom. However .....we couldn't get any of the radiators to work. When its single digits centigrade outside its time to fire up the central heating !! The room and bathroom was very cold, which put a real downer on our stay.」

「My new favourite place to stay when we come to Norfolk. A lovely hotel, amazing staff and really friendly locals. It was so lovely to see how busy the pub was with both food and drinks. The food was incredible, breakfasts were amazing. We popped downstairs later one evening and just had a dessert and they were more than happy to just serve that. All the staff were great, so friendly and went over and above when I mentioned something I needed for the room. The room was great, loved the...

「I had a great stay here cheap and on a budget but clean and beds comfortable」
