"A lovely hotel by Lake Towada that is beginning to show its age. It’s a perfectly fine place to stay, and it’s in a nice location, but it feels so empty, having such a large hotel with so few guests."

"The rooftop Onsen is wonderful. The hotel is also very close to excellent restaurants."

"The room was cleaned and the hotel was located at the great location. Daily water bottle service was thoughtful."

"The location is very good as you can walk to the station in a few minutes. They also have a multi-level parking, which is very convenient for those who drive. The room is clear and comfortable. And I appreciate their free breakfast in particular! The food tastes good and it can't be complained."

"The best thing about this hotel is the breakfast which features local dishes. Kome eice is great. And as long as they serve small bowl of soup with Hinai Jidori meatballs, side dish of tonburi and cut nagaimo, I'll always choose this hotel. Staff are always nice and kind. A bit of local dialect that they speak also helps relax my mind. I appreciate the kind service and wonderful time while staying there. Arigato!"

"Clean room and staffs are nice. They can communicate with simple English making my stay much more comfortable. "

"A nice cozy hotel next to Hirosaki station. Breakfast buffet has a lot of delicious options to choose from. It's also in a good area, with lots of good restaurants nearby. "

"Nice, clean hotel."

"Very conveniently located close to the station and great value for money!"

"Great Hotel! Staff was very friendly. Includes free parking and breakfast!

"Everything was amazing! They have free shuttle transportation from the hotel to the train station. The drive to the hotel was mystical. I will definitely be returning during winter."

"Lovely place. Worth the visit and definitely try the onsen. "

"It's nice that it is nearby lots of restaurants"

"Peaceful, clean, staff helpful and kind, half board available, excellent views and location."

"Dinner is very special. I'd like to go to again"

"Staff very polite, rooms were good, bed was good bathrooms were clean"
