「Stayed 3 nights. What I liked: (1) The staff was great!!! (2) Location is great to centre George with lots of dining options you can walk to. (3) The rooms, themselves were very clean. What I did not like: (1) Wifi Internet never worked. (2) Generator was not working so there was no power during loadshedding. (3) The carpet in the hallways where the rooms are located is disgusting and needs to be replaced. Detracts from the otherwise clean environment. 」

「The room was tidy, but it had a strong smell of mold, smelled like a wet dog was left in the room. The staff was amazing and kind and check-in was a smooth process. 」

「Das Preis - Leistungsverhältnis war sehr gut. Für eine nacht absolut perfekt und das Frühstück war hervorragend. Das Mobiliar ist etwas in die jahre gekommen aber das personal und der garten sind super.」

「Very friendly and attentative staff, room has what you need, and spacious. Location is great! Some positive critique to work on (room 24): - We were in a street facing room, so there was noice from the street. - Cold water tap needs to be attended to … seems like no water and then all of a sudden a gush of it. - mattrasses can be opgraded/replaced, is very thin. (Bedding is very nice) 」

「値段は安く、しかも朝食まで付いていて家族には助かります。 朝食は美味しかったです。 夕食は、簡単な食事のみで、レストラン内で食べるかルームサービスで食べるかという珍しい形でした。ちなみに料金は同じ。ルームサービスでのんびり食べました。 Wi-Fiはレセプションとレストランのみです。 繁盛期なのか、人手不足だった？チェックイン後、部屋に案内する人がいなかったり、ちょうど清掃が終わったところだったり。部屋に入ると、水周りは水臭かったです。また、タオルは2人ぶんしかなかったため、お願いしましたが、今洗っているところで、一つしかないと、小さいタオルを受け取って終わってしまいました。 我が家はコストパフォーマンスと部屋から出ると海が見え、ビーチへの階段も目の前なので、いいかなという感じでした。」

「Wir haben uns in der Marula Lodge sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir wurden herzlich vom deutschsprachigen Gastgeber empfangen, der uns zahlreiche Tipps und Informationen für unsere Weiterreise auf der Garden Route gegeben hat. Die Unterkunft ist sehr liebevoll gepflegt mit einem schönen großen Garten inklusive Pool und Grillstelle. Die Zimmer sind sehr detailliert und liebevoll eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig und wir haben uns rundum wohl...

「The dog, Reacher, is super friendly. Water is only rain water so must be used sparingly. The little space is great for a short stay but would be cramped for extended periods. Beautiful garden with little pond right on your doorstep, but careful of wasps. 」

「Excellent stay at La Sosta hotel which is connected to what is one of the most amazing Italian restaurants ever experienced outside Italy. The passion, creativity and attention to details of Salvatore, Nina and their team are exceptional and value their sense of hospitality and kindness. Both the guesthouse and restaurant are a must-see, must do. And by the way, that risotto was amazing! 」
