「Sehr altes Gästehaus hat aber seinen Charm! Gepflegt und Sauber mit netter älterer Gastgeberin. Küche (Kühlschrank) und Wohnzimmer wurden geteilt Pool sehr sehr klein leider zum Zeitpunkt nicht sauber… Ruhig, Sicherer Parkplatz mit Automatiktor. Genau neben der Kirche war aber nicht störend! Restaurants und Supermarkt in der Nähe! Sehr guter Italiener die Straße runter… für 1 Nacht Ok」

「Lovely place, wonderful staff and gorgeous rooms in a very walkable and charming part of Swellendam. Bonus points for great running routes on the nearby mountain. Breakfast was extraordinary and in itself worth the trip. Would love to come back. 」

「We loved our stay at Doorn Kraal. Firstly the staff are lovely and so professional. Our room (the 2 bedroom cottage) was super neat and tidy, and it had everything we needed and it was very quiet as it’s a bit further away. Just be mindful at night, there may be one or two spiders in the trees when you walk to the cottage (have a flashlight). The food was soo delicious, we could not stop thinking about the wonderful dinner. We will stay again. Thanks to all the staff! 」
