"We merely just for one night. Upon arrival, hotel did not have our booking information as Hotel.com did not inform hotel about our reservation. Very poorly from Hotel.com Had to show my invoice for reception that Accomodation was paid directly to Hotel.com We got the Queens Residence and it was quite spacious and big, both rooms with own en-suite. "Everything we need for a short 2 night stand. Clean room and bathroom, good shower, friendly staff. Breakfast was good with a great view of the mountains. Storage space could be problem for longer stays, but fine for 2 nights."

"We had a fantastic stay at De Bergkant in late July. The setting and surrounding view was stunning. We were greeted by Tracey who was manager and head chef. She could not have been more helpful. She provided recommendations on things to do in Prince Albert and places to eat, even made our dinner reservations for us. The rooms and the grounds were clean and comfortable. One of the highlights of our stay was breakfast. Tracey prepared a varied 5 course breakfast each morning that could only be described as incredible. Most ingredients were locally sourced and everything was absolutely delicious. Prince Albert itself had a lot to offer and was well worth the trip. To anyone planning a trip to the area I highly recommend including a stay at De Bergkant."

"From the welcome we received to the farewell the level of personal service we received from the owners Albert and Elsa were unparalleled. Very tastefully decorated, spotless and in a beautiful location overlooking the river. We only stayed one night but will definitely return and stay longer. Loved our stay."
