"スタッフの対応がめちゃくちゃだった。 名前を伝えチェックインするが2泊の予定なのに 1泊と言われ、2泊を伝えるも1泊ですと言われ先払い済みなのにホテル代請求される。 予約画面を見せてようやく対応。 　駐車場を停める場所を聞き、了承を得たが次の日、観光中にめちゃくちゃ電話がかかってきて、出ると駐車場の場所を移動して欲しいと連絡が来て意味がわからない。許可を得たと言っても移動して欲しいと一点張り。予定してたプランを変更してわざわざホテルまで戻ってきた。スタッフ間の連携ができないホテルだと思われる。"

"お部屋は広々としていて、きれいで過ごしやすかったです。 温泉はりんごが浮かんでいるところが、青森感があってよかったです。熱いお湯が好きなので、とても気持ちが良かったです。子どもも喜んでいました。 朝ごはんのバイキングはしっかりとコロナ対策もされていて安心して頂くことができました。色々なメニューがあり、楽しみながらおいしく頂きました。 チェックアウト後のお見送りにも感激しました。また利用させていただきたいと思いました。"

"On the page it says that there is parking available for ¥500, but when you get to the hotel there aren't any signs telling you were to park. I ended up having to park in a random paid lot a couple blocks away from the hotel. When you take the escalator up to the lobby it appears that the hotel is pretty nice.
