"Clean and well maintained, walking distance to Asahidake ropeway. Our room was huge. The beef dish was delicious. It has a big onsite parking lot too."

"Great location, helpful staff, comfortable room, "

"We just spent five weeks in Japan and are still talking about the food we ate here. It is nothing short of spectacular. We paid quadruple at other ryokans and this one had the best food, best location and the best onsens. It’s an older place with older, big onsens and for us that was the charm of it. The rooms are very clean, the beds are comfortable. The staff was incredibly kind. We went skiing one day and snowshoeing the next and ended up seeing a red fox each day. Really can’t recommend this...

"Everything is great and definitely we will come back to staying here again "
