Our stay in the Kumoi has been nothing but great. Cozy rooms, beautiful lobby, clean onsen and lovely staff. We had both, breakfast and dinner, which always were delicious and prepared with care. We were told that there was wifi in the lobby only, but we had no problem connecting on the second floor. Would recommend!

The staff at the hotel were always very nice to us. From the moment we arrived to the hotel, they greeted us with a smile and walked us to our room. They explained the hours for dinner and breakfast and hot springs. After that, we went to have dinner. We were fortunate to get a deluxe room in the Shiki Annex. The room was spacious with a seperate

Dated hotel, as are all the hotels in the area, but very well maintained. Staff were all superb and the food service was very efficient and tasty. Not Michelin starred, but neither is the cost.

Clean and well maintained, walking distance to Asahidake ropeway. Our room was huge. The beef dish was delicious. It has a big onsite parking lot too.

Lovely onsen open long hours. A short walk (uphill) to the visitors center and base of the cable car up the mountain. Good food at the two onsite restaurants, though I far preferred the French restaurant to the Japanese style. Very laid back resort; pajamas provided and allowed to be worn throughout the resort including dinner. Self serve food and drinks in the lobby. There are some trails around the national park but not a lot to do outside at the resort itself.

Pretty good but lil old.

Room is clean, very friendly staff. The dinner and the breakfast were really delicious

Friendly service and good hot natural onsen with nice, great assortment of dishes for dinner and breakfast buffet. The room is nice clean and bed is comfortable. very fast wifi. Everything went well and exceeded expectations
