"The property needs a bit of work, especially the kitchen exhaust fan, it was oily and the bath water pressure needs work as well. The sofas needs to be replaced or removed as the wires are pocking. This property is very good if you have a large group or with small children and experience a Japanese House and Culture."

"This house is really nice. It's new, clean and fully furnished. The garden and the view from the house is beautiful. We felt really relaxed there. The only thing I can say is the shower room is too small for a house. Its far from city center, if you want a quiet and relaxing place, this would be a good choice."

"Nice place enjoyed the location, central to skiing areas both resorts and backcountry. Place was very clean and enough room for a group. However, there was no extra blankets or pillow cases for all the extra pillows. Rooms were noisy from the vents when the wind was blowing. Plus there was a coffee make for one person, it would be nice to have a larger coffee make and two hot water kettles for tea etc. Just didn't seems like it was set up for larger groups. "水回りが酷かったです。台所の蛇口は、蛇口をひねるとまず蛇口の付け根から水が漏れ出し、それから蛇口から水が出る感じ。漏れてるのと蛇口から出るのと、どっちの水が多いのかわかりませんでした。しかも、漏れた水は冷蔵庫の置いてある方に流れていくので、タオルで土手を作って流しの方へ誘導しないととても危険でした。お風呂の蛇口は捻らなくても漏れていて、お湯が漏れ出しているのでシャワーを使うときはそこからお湯の飛沫が飛ぶので、子供が使うとき火傷しないかとても不安でした。一番酷かったのは洗濯機。洗剤まで置いてあったので、「これは助かる！」と思い使い始めると、排水のところで床が水浸しに。排水管が床の排水溝から外れているのかと思ったらそうではなく、本体に排水管がきちんと接続されていなかったようで、本体からの漏れでした。あまりの事態に貸主に連絡して、水の対応に使ってしまったタオル類の替えは届けてもらいましたが、流石に酷すぎると思いました。有料で貸し出すなら、最低限使える状態かどうかのチェックは必要だと思いますし、台所の蛇口の漏れは警告文が置いてありました。あの状況を知ってて直さずに貸すのはどうかと思います。"

"Check-in was fast and the staff was friendly. The room was spacious and clean. However, the tempurature in the room was too warm and I wasn't able to get the AC working so I had to leave a window slightly open to cool down. This might be because the hotel is in the mountains, so there was a big difference in outdoor and indoor tempurature that I didn't adjust to. Anyways, it's a walkable distance from the Asahidake Ropeway, and there's a short marsh hiking path nearby. It's a long drive to the hotel, so I would mainly recommend it if you want to go to hiking on Mount Asahidake."

"Amazing location, scenery and views! The area around the hotel is beautiful, and so many things to see within easy walking and driving distance. The on-site Onsens were also great! Parts of the property are getting old and worn, but otherwise clean and well kept. The included buffet breakfasts and dinners were an unexpected bonus!"
