「This location was close to a bus stop and gas station. It is also in the same building as the bus repair shops. Throughout the buildings interior and and exterior you can smell the pollution. There is a lack of visibility of the staff onsite, in my 3 night stay I only saw front lady staff once. They only keep the front desk opened within certain hours, but even then when I went down to speak with someone, there was no one to be found. They have check in kiosks when the staff is on siesta, this...

「Nice Rigi view with a large room and large balcony. Cows and horses from the nearby farms provided a special experience for the stay. Good for those driving cars. For travellers not renting any cars, the location was quite far away from major Luzern tourist spots and thus inconvenient. Needed to transfer to local bus(es) if you were taking trains. For the room amenities, modern, pretty but impractical.」
