"Firstly took us 1.5 hrs to get checked in they charged us 2 times went to the pool and was closed then re opened for them to say that we needed swimming hats but the shop was closed till 430 so 1 hrs after we got there 2 little children just staring at the water and crying because they wanted to go in the water"

"Purtroppo ho fatto una brutta esperienza. Nel prenotare mi è stato richiesto dal Vs. sito il pagamento anticipato di quanto previsto. Ho provveduto a tale pagamento e stampato la ricevuta. Al mio arrivo il proprietario ha detto che non ne sapeva nulla e non aveva ricevuto nessuna somma. Per ridsolvere il problema ci abbiamo impiegato 1 ora e poichè non sapevo dove andare sono stato costretto a pagare il supplemento di pulizia € 50,00 che non era segnalato da nessuna parte. "Struttura abbandonata , piscina per bambini piena di insetti e sporcizia , il letto in camera mi ha rovinato la schiena , il balcone che affacciava in vuoyo di 5/8 metri privo di ringhiere e con un bimbo di 2 anno non l'ho mai aperto , cibo pessimo personale scarso in tutto e per tutto , unica nota positiva che ti trovi a 5 minuti da tropea "
