「We stayed for 7 days and there was no internet on any of those 7 days. The reception staff were not at all friendly; they didn't even respond when we said good morning or good evening. Abir and her friends from the breakfast team were very helpful and friendly; they always said good morning and asked how we were. The hotel's airport transfer fee was very expensive, $30 per person; we booked a transfer from another place and paid $30 for two people. The room we stayed in was a honeymoon suite,...

「Dieses hotel sollte nur zum schlaffen gebucht werden !! Zimmer war ok aber alles andere war dreckig ! Essen sollte keine dort ! Bitte seid vorsichtig mit frühstücken! Dort wo das Essen vorbereitet wird ist sehr dreckig ! Pool lange nicht mehr gereinigt ! Personal war super freundlich aber was können nur zwei Personen machen 」

「カニホテルグループのホテルで、チェックインと朝食、ツアーの集合は他のホテルに行く必要があった。チェックインに関しては事前に連絡が欲しかった。部屋はとても広く、1人では申し訳なかった。１日だけ夜に何度も停電したのが気になった。」

「予約後に電話で本当に予約が取れていて且つちゃんと泊まることが出来るのか確認した上でだったので、今回は以前の様な宿無しの目に遭わずきちんと泊まることが出来て本当によかった。但し惜しむべくは地図。全く違います。刑務所至近に在ります。彷徨う私をARORAというホテルの方がバイクで送って下さり本当に助かった。部屋は広く清潔。従業員皆懇切丁寧。また泊まりたいが海側に新たにホテル建設中。直に部屋から海が見えなくなると思われる。残念。エクスカーションも帰りのスピードボートも此方で予約も支払いも出来るしフォローもバッチリだった。推奨。」

「Quarto limpo, equipe de funcionários maravilhosa, fica muito próximo a Bikini Beach e eles levam as cadeiras e o guarda-sol. É chegar, relaxar e aproveitar. O restaurante também é bom, com opções variadas no cardápio. A pizza é sem duvida a melhor da ilha. Espero poder voltar mais vezes. 」
