「It looks like an abandoned place. The pool area looks scary and dirty. We could not sleep because of a noise coming from something loose in the balcony. The whole building needs an urgent renovation it's hard to believe that a place like this comply with all the government regulations. Way too expensive for what they have to offer.」

「Walking distance to several shops, restaurants and grocery store. Beach right across the street. Pool was a bit smaller than pictured, but did not stop us from using it!」

「I booked a room for two nights only to discover less than an hour before check in that the reservation was canceled. Multiple possible reasons were given without a definitive reason. Upon reading the list of possible reasons, I learned that they don’t accept reservations less than 48 hours in advance. I don’t know if this is an oversight by the owner of this property, or Hotels.com. I had confirmation of this reservation. Fortunately, being off season, I was able to find alternative...

「2 Bedroom 2.5 Bath apartment with a small pool was great for our family. Our kids are small so they couldn't get enough of the pool. Close to the beach. Grocery store close by. I would definitely stay here again. They have towels but they looked a little worn so we bought our own. They had beach chairs that had some wear and tear but served its purpose and some beach toys for the kids to use. Very convenient for us since we like to stay in Rincon when we visit PR.
