「コスパが高くて最高です。飛行機の遅延により、翌日に宿泊することとなり、メール連絡したが、親切に対応してくれたり、uberの運転手とトラブルになった時も親切に対応してくれた。ホテル自体は港に面しており、シービュールームだとなかなか景色がいい。シャワーのみだが部屋はきれいで使い勝手はよい。歩いて2分程度のところにショッピングモールがあり、スーパーやフードコートもある。また港では観光船に乗ったり、サンチアゴよりかなり安くお土産が手に入る。レストランはランチのサラダビュッフェが地元の人に人気で、込み合っている。お勧めのホテル。」

「This is a gorgeous property in the Cerro Alegre, walkable to everything. The staff was professional and helpful - and spoke English, which was much appreciated as we arrived after traveling for 24 hours! The breakfast was terrific, the room large and well-appointed. Highly recommend!」

「Very nice although brief stay. We were able to check in early and were allowed to stay a little later too. Front desk was very nice and helpful. Room was spacious and clean with great views of ocean and hilly town. We used UBER a lot and that worked out great. Area around hotel loaded with restaurants and shops that were well within walking distance.」

「Bel hotel avec un style médiéval. Bon déjeuner, mais trop de variétés.」

「This is a very comfortable and modern hotel that sits across the small coast road from the rocky shore. We had a nice seaview room with a balcony, where we could hear the sound of the sea against the rocks. The hotel has a full service restaurant. The only thing that detracted from our stay is that the hotel is currently cutoff from most of the town's restaurants and bars because the shore road is closed for construction.」

「Very charming hotel with a historic feel to it and an excellent location in Cerro Alegre right by the Victoria funicular on a pedestrian only strip (car drop off 2 minutes walk on Montt and Dimalow). The area can get noisy on Saturday night but is safe and the views from the hotel are breathtaking and worth the trip. The room was spacious, beautiful and clean, the bed very comfortable. The bathroom equipment and towels showed their age but everything was clean and functional (wait a minute or so...

「Adoramos a boutique, o quarto, a vista. Tudo limpo e de bom gosto. O café da manhã foi bom, quando acabam eles repõem. O espaço é bem familiar e acolhedor. Pena que não tinha vaga para estendermos a estadia. 」

「O hotel e lindo. Fica no local mais turistico de Valparaiso. O cafe da manha bom, o atendimento execelente. O predio é antigo, banheiro simples, mas a localização, apesar de subir o cerro varias vezes( de boa) vale muito a pena. Voltaria mais vezes so pra ter o prazer de hospedar onde os turtas vao visitar todos os dias. Ja estavamos la...rsrs」
