「It was clean and new. It had everything you could have needed. Too bad I was only there for a day and a half. Would have been great to be able to stay longer but I had to get home. Also, it was very very quiet!」

「Phoebe's Place was clean and in a very quiet neighborhood. The three bedrooms and two full bathrooms made for a very comfortable stay for our party of four. The full size washer and dryer was very useful. The fenced in yard is perfect for dogs although we didn't have ours with us.」

「Was perfect for our short stay to attend a wedding. Very clean and quiet area. 」

「Yes, very comfortable and pet friendly」

「Great house! No issues.」

「We loved our stay at the Beach Barn! Close enough to the beach that we could walk, but would recommend driving and parking at the beach. Close to places to eat. It’s a cute property and was perfect for the three of us」

「Had a great time. House was beautiful, like somewhere I could see myself living permanently. Everyone on Oak Island were welcoming and laid back. We enjoyed the local eateries and shopping especially the amount of antique stores in the area. Picture time by the pier at sunset is a must. 」

「Beach view incredible. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils for cooking. 」
