「This hotel does was it says on the tin. It is definitely a 3 star and I miss the tea/coffee facilities in the room! There are no spare plug sockets to charge electrical items. We were lucky and got given a room on the 4th floor which had a balcony. This hotel is very close to the old part of Braga and so extremely convenient. Breakfast is basic and choice is limited but it is fine to start the day. Parking is very limited however there is a public car park close by and relatively cheap.」

「Tudo ocorreu bem exceto o frigorífico que não estava a funcionar. Ao questionar o funcionamento fui informado que o frigorífico não esfriava e que somente mantia a temperatura do produto. Ao verificar percebi que o frigorífico possuía compressor e questionei novamente e o quarto foi trocado. No novo quarto o frigorífico funcionava」

「We particularly went as it said a “hot tub”. Turns out is was jacuzzi jets in a corner of the pool… (our tired camino muscles had hoped for heat..) lol」

「Room was great, so clean, so roomy. The staff was great and breakfast excellent. And we love the cats next door to property. Beautiful cats and need to be cared for. If hotel set up a donation box at check in, this money could be used to neuter and vaccinate at local vet. Many people loved the cats as us and would donate for sure」

「Beds are very comfortable. Clean, crisp bedding. Lots of towels. Bathtub fircsoaking tired old bones. Well stocked breakfast was included. Lots of variety and the room is full of windows, for a great view of surrounding area. Very close to the historucal fort and on a bus route. 」

「The property was spotless and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. I would say that a more detailed initial orientation to the spa and baths would have been helpful. We actually had no idea as to how things work, where exactly the facilities are, etc. Otherwise, this is a great location. We hope to return!」

「エレベーターが利用できなかった。一番の問題はシャワーのお湯が出なかったっこと。30分ぐらいは出しっぱなしにしてみたが、ずーっと水だった。10月の朝は寒いのに。フロントは15：00からしか人がいないので、苦情も申し立てられなかった。3泊の予定だったが、あと2泊ともシャワーを使えないのは本当に困るので、チェックイン時に払った二泊分の宿泊料はもったいないと思ったが、風邪などをひくよりはと思い、近所のホテルに部屋があったので、そちらに宿泊した。」

「Lugar lindo. Um dos mais bonitos que já ficamos. A funcionária Bete era um amor. Nos atendeu de forma educada e nos ajudou em tudo que precisamos. Os estabelecimentos deveriam ter mais funcionários assim, pois nos sentimos um pouco em casa.」
