"Good location And comfortable stayed"

"This place should be closed. How can Expedia have this hotel listed as a legitimate cleaned and safe place? "

"房間乾淨衛生，位置也不錯，和歌山車站就3分鐘內，不過因為隔離就是車站，所以睡覺的時候當時還是有噪音的，但問題不算大"

"万博期間中にも関わらず価格も安く清潔で良かったです。 2連泊でしたが、タオルが交換されておらず、電話をしてタオル置き場から自分でタオルを取ってくることで対応しました。そこはちょっと残念。 あと駐車場が少し停めづらいかな。"

When we arrived they told us there would be a significant extra fee for our 1-year-old to stay with us (I was pretty sure we booked the reservation with a child included, but regardless, this is the only hotel out of 6 that we stayed at in Japan that charged extra for a child under 2 years old). The room was advertised as a 4-bed room but when we got to the room the 4th bed did not have sheets on it, and we were told there would be a charge...

"The staff are very kind and helpful. I got the 6 Tatami-mats room which was super beautiful. The area itself is quiet and peaceful. "

"The room was clean but very dim lighting. there was an Elvis statue next to the stair and some kind of pirate statue in front of the door when opened. There was very little shops nearby, it is walkable to the train station."
