"We had a wonderful stay at Palmas del Mar. Our room was spotless, it is steps away from the pool. Great communication with our hostess. She made sure we had great time. Two thumbs up and we're looking forward to our next stay. "

The house was lovely and clean and much consideration was taken for the guests (helpful information on restaurants and things to do in the area, stocked with beach supplies, water bottles, laundry detergent, etc). "Upon arrival we messaged the host and customer service. we waited one hour to have access to the keys. The entire room was dirty. There were two bags full of garbage in the kitchen. The bed was not made. The bedsheets sheets were soiled. In the bathroom the towels were soiled. The kitchen was missing the stove. Definitely an uncomfortable situation you don’t want to experience, eventually we have to go through all the proper channels/parties in order to get a refund back. "

"This was a great place for our family vacation to Puerto Rico. With both the upstairs and downstairs units, all nine of us were comfortable and had plenty of room. The pool was a great perk as well as the short walk to the beach and nature preserve. This is a great home base for those looking for something out of the bustle of the north and looking to relax."
