「This was a fantastic house for our family of 5, plus partners -- 7 in total. Everyone had their own bedroom, and in some cases, private baths, and the rest of the house provided great space for relaxing and having fun. Seeing our adult kids having a blast in the pool was like taking a step back in time -- a wonderful gift. The house was also so well stocked -- the best I've ever seen. 「One of the best VRBO properties I have stayed at! An outstanding location for our group of 15. We had children, adults, and an infant. We went to PR for a microwedding and selected this gem in proximity to El Yunque/beaches. From start to finish, the host Angel supported us with all of our needs. 「Upon arrival we messaged the host and customer service. we waited one hour to have access to the keys. The entire room was dirty. There were two bags full of garbage in the kitchen. The bed was not made. The bedsheets sheets were soiled. In the bathroom the towels were soiled. The kitchen was missing the stove. Definitely an uncomfortable situation you don’t want to experience, eventually we have to go through all the proper channels/parties in order to get a refund back. 」
