I had a wonderful stay. I went by myself. It was the perfect destination for a solo me trip. Staff was kind and food was good for what it was. No issues at all. Highly recommend.

I liked the Kitchen Staff. They were the most friendly and most attentive. I did not like the noise in the property. Specially the music past 7:00 p.m or the guest being extremely loud past 10:00 p.m. and no one being able to control it.

We needed to make our stay the most pleasant possible. Our son is handicap and they gave us a room that suit his needs. Although the door was a little difficult to roll, it felt quite heavy. Maybe it needs some replacement parts. But they treated us very good.

The good: Everything looks cleaned and staff were friendly. Excellent air conditioning at room and the pillows and bed were good. Only use restaurant once for complimentary breakfast and food & service were good. The bad: The facilities in general an the room are dated. A few things on the room didnt work or needed repair. Veredict:Had stay here about 15 yrs ago and looks like except the A/C, everything's the same as it was back then. If i need to stay around again near this area, i may consider this place if budget calls for it or theres no other options available

We stayed here for a week. It is exactly what is advertised. We took advantage of the breakfast package and had coffee and food each morning. During the week it was very quiet. From Thursday on I enjoyed the music and the additional bar that opened up closer to the beach complete with a full menu. Overall the hotel offered excellent service and I appreciate the staff and their responsiveness and incredible work ethic. I love Puerto Rico. If you are looking to stay on the east side of the island and to avoid the west side tourist trap, I recommend this hotel. Also, ten minutes up the road is an incredible beach - Playa el Cocal. And there are wonderful authentic Puerto Rican coffee, breakfast and cuisine spots within minutes. Enjoy!

During our stay we never had hot water. We complained and they said that it was because of the solar panels. It has been raining. I guess they don't have any backup sistem. Another problem was the wi-fi. It wasnt working either. I've been to many hotels. These was the worst. Housekeeping comes to your room on ly if you're staying more than 4 nights. We stayed for only 3. It wasn't a relaxing stay. I will never come back. I can't say it enough, it was the worst stay ever.

Mold, roaches, other bugs, humidity, water leaks. Over priced restaurant and unreliable hours. Filthy pool. This place should not charge more than $30 per night! Parking is not well lit and is next to a bar by the beach open to everyone. No type of security at any time. No safeguard. No blow dryer, no iron, not even a decent soap in the rooms. If you left your toiletries, you can purchase them at the front desk for a higher price than the local store. Nothing to see…nothing to do.

The facility need to be remodeled the mattress are hard the ceiling looks old and the food in the restaurant not make you full they serve to little food and I am a person who don't eat much
