"This was a very nice spot right by the river. The tent and bedding were clean and insect-free, though also had a strong but not unpleasant floral detergent scent. The shower had hot water (though give it plenty of time to warm up) and the bathroom was clean. We were the only guests at the time which was either good or a bit spooky. "Air conditioning works perfectly; the kitchen is so complete; my husband and I enjoy cooking together; we had such a fun time there; and the sounds of coquis and the nature of Puerto Rico are so soothing. We visited beaches at Luquillo and Fajardo, took the ferry to Culebra, and drove to Old San Juan multiple times. Vicente and Andre's property is so beautiful, we definitely recommend it to anyone who's considering renting it!"

" Adam was a great host. His place was cozy, clean, and very comfortable—the beds in particular were excellent. He was also very responsive, replying within minutes whenever we had questions. The property is located in a gated community, which made us feel safe at all times of the day. There are plenty of restaurants nearby; Daniel’s Pizza and the bakery across the street quickly became our go-to spots."

"Upon receiving my receipt, I noticed that I was double-charged for the resort fee dated All the staff were great, except when I fell, no one bothered to check up on me. I had to call the front desk for ice, and they sent a security man. Never did the manager show up or make a phone call to check on how I was doing. Also, the tub in the room was stained yellow because it was so old. I booked this place because of the bathroom picture they advertised, and it was all lies"
