"The friendly staff greeted me at the door, spoke enough english so check-in was easy and quick. They then showed me around and proceeded to assist with carrying luggage up the stairs to my room, above and beyond customer service - as with everywhere in Japan. A nice quiet accommodation with an instant friendly warmth when you walk through the door. Thoroughly enjoyed the stay here."

"First off this hotel has one of the worst check-in procedures I have experienced. the property is supposed to email you a pin number for door access, 48 hours before check in. even with multiple requests for the pin, I did not receive it until I had already been staying at the hotel for two nights. this left me locked out for over an hour the first evening. the property does have a contact number to call to get the pin; however, if you’re a foreign tourist using an esim or don’t have...
