"客室はティッシュが硬くて鼻をかむと鼻の下が痛くなりました。 お風呂場に換気がなくて、大丈夫なのかな？と思いました。 フロントでタオルを替えてもらうのに、長い列に並ぶのが寒くて辛かったです。 フロントから見えるところに置いて、自分で取り替えられるようにして欲しいです。 食事は２年前に利用した時より美味しくなっていたような気がします。 60周年、おめでとうございます。 これからも頑張ってください。"

"This hotel provided excellent services from check in to check out. Staff were friendly and professional. The room was spacious and clean, with a very nice view. The onsen experience was superior as the hotel had different onsen pools for guests to enjoy, and the changing room was also very neat and clean. "Less than 5 minute walk from Yumoto station. 2 Onsens exists in its vicinity. OVerall a good place, very basic, took a while for the internet to work. Not a whole lot of place to eat, but the town itself is super small.. an ok place for a one night stay.."
