「Initially, there was some ambiguity about the check in, however as soon as I contacted the service provider, the manager arrived at the property in person and solved the issue. I didn't expect that prompt and kind reaction in response to my problem. I'm sure their business will flourish swiftly as they have put their customers' satisfaction at the centre of it. They are caring and fair and I wish them prosperous years a head.」

「Great having private access to the rooms, however the stairs are very steep. The room had everything I needed for my short stay but it does feel a little unloved. I will be back.」

「Ignore the reviews, its cheap, very quiet, and ideal if you not expecting the savoy. Only negatives was broken accessability toilets, and bad kitchen, but u get what you pay for. Young guy on reception very helpful and friendly.」

「On arrival l was given no information by the young lady. There was only WiFi information in my room, nothing else. Only found out, from another guest, how to get back in the front door using the key fob. The same, l heard from another guest who had heard from another guest, about being able/aloud to use the fridge in the kitchen for storage 」

「I was staying for 3 weeks , when I arrived I had to contact the people to get the access code as they did not send it as I had an overseas contact number . If I had arrived after dark you would never find the key box as there is no lighting in the area where access is. The lounge suite was comfortable but the dining chairs are old and the coating peeling off and lands on the floor bed was ok .There were 2 wardrobes but none had hanging rails in them .
