「This hotel claimed they have 24 hours reception, but it's not. Even in day time, many times there was no one. And there is no people can understanding and talk english. Only owner can speak it but she is not there. She never comes to hotel and even can't contact well. I think she even was not in the city. And here's unforgettable memory is, they stole my money. I had to pay for room clean but there was no paper at card machine. So I thought it wasn't paid. I paid after, and I realized it...
