"夕食はもとより　朝食のおかずの多さに感激！ 　ご飯で大満足で満腹感半端なく、パンまで手をつける事が出来ず心残りでした。 　ロビーでの飲み放題最高でした！ お風呂上がりの飲み物、アイス、マッサージ椅子などとても充実していて申し分なく過ごす事が出来ました。又絶対　宿泊したいです。"

"家族5人➕芝犬で宿泊しました。 室内に入るやいなや内装やドッグランが素晴らしいことと設備が整っていて全員大はしゃぎでした。 夜は設備のホットプレートを使わしてもらってベランダでBBQ、そのあとは大きなソファでまったりタイム。 フライパンでフレンチトーストと備え付けのコーヒーメーカーで優雅な朝食ととても満足しました。 1泊で忙しかったので次は2、3泊したいと思います！"

"The property required us to contact them in advance if arriving after 6 pm. We called several times and got no answer, left messages for the to call back (in Japanese) and received no return calls. Due to their remote location we had to book another hotel in Nikko to ensure we had a place to stay. The hotel refused to refund our money. Terrible customer service. We would recommend avoiding this property at all costs!"

"Great place to stay the rooms are double the size of most chain hotels you can park your car out side the room perfect for classic car owners "
