"This home’s location on the canal was lovely. The 2 decks on either side of the living area on the 3rd floor provided excellent views of the canal and the gorgeous sunsets. The dock made it easy to use our kayak and fish. There was an outdoor grill and fire pit area as well. All were well maintained.This house has a pool under construction. "The property was much smaller than I expected. It was on the bottom floor on the back side of the building and it was difficult to find. The eating arrangement was a very small bar, no table. There was dog hair on the living room rug and bedroom floor. The toilet moved when we sat on it.The worst thing was I heard a rat gnawing on the wall this morning, which explains the 3 rat traps that we saw around the building.
