"The location was great and peaceful. The condo was super clean. Beds were sooo comfy!"

"IN A WORD - THE UNIT IS TIREDFirstly, the positive. The management company was highly responsive to any issues we had at the unit so kudos to them.That was pretty much the end of anything positive. The description of the unit is misleading. It says 2 level unit. It's not. There are no elevators and you need to go up two flight of stairs just to get to the condo front door. Then the unit lay out isn't what they described. You have to go up another flight of stairs from the living room area...

"We did not get to stay at the property we had chosen. It was a big disappointment, but the rental company provided a property that was not as good as we wanted, but acceptable. Disappointing since we had saved and planned for this trip a very long time and had a visitor coming from Europe join us. Sometimes things happen beyond one’s control and one has to make the best of it, which happpened to us. "

"This was our second stay at this particular property, we enjoyed our stay both times. The spot is great, in a quite neighborhood a short drive to the beach. The nearby Poipu beach is beautiful, although it was quite a bit busier then before, perhaps due to the time of year or just because everyone knows how beautiful it is. "Older dated unit, but doable. The unit 2104 had entry door problems. We arrived and could not get the door to budge, we heard it unlock. unfortunately we moved from a condo in kapaa to stay 1 more week and we ended up entering it late due to this issue. So the maid informed us it sticks and is hard to get open. They really need to address this issue. It was hard to get open. Also, the shower curtains need replaced, there was mold on them. "The unit was very clean, well appointed with a nice ocean view, easy stroll to Poipu Beach one way or Shipwrecks in the other direction. Plenty of parking, nice quiet location!"
