「We got our key, went to the room and it wasn’t cleaned yet. Went back down to the desk, Alexander apologized, got us a new room and then walked us up to our room, it wasn’t cleaned either. Went went back down, Alexander got us another room and walked us back up to our new room and it was clean and nice. Alexander handles the situation like a complete pro, he should be at a luxury resort with his people skills. Just a fantastic person.」

「Cottonwood was a very nice hotel with great amenities and a very great location to get to the outlets and other fun activities. It's an older hotel but kept up pretty well. Avoid the backrooms. The only real complaint is the odd smells throughout the hotel. We stayed to go to a concert over in Bloomingdale! They also have a cool Japanese restaurant. Would stay again.」

「While this hotel is a little bit older than some of the others in the same area, it is very clean and quiet and made for the perfect quick stay as we traveled. It is further set back from the road than other properties so there was no road noise at all. We slept very well. The bathroom was very clean & had good water pressure/temperature. The ac worked perfectly, black-out curtains were a plus, and the beds were comfy and clean. Staff was also very kind and accommodating. I wouldn't hesitate to...

「First room we were given had people old green wash rags from home still in shower and tissue in toilet room strong smell of weed for non smoking room. Second room 83 degrees, broken shower with hair in walls, stains on toilet and walls. We ran AC low to coo it off went to store and cleaned it up as we had been exhausted by now for our long drive. Maintenance didn’t come the whole time we were there, house keeping came once because we kept asking. Asked to speak with manager and the man at desk...
