「The apartment wasn’t properly cleaned, with dirty carpets, stains on the lounge, mould and old soap in the bathroom, and rubbish/stuff under the couch. Both bathroom doors didn’t lock, a window latch was broken, the dryer didn’t work, requested drying rack never got a response. No cups or mugs in the apartment. We requested a partial refund due to the issues, but this was declined. Wouldn’t stay here again.」

「Owner is so horrible for no reason, she needs to go learn some customer service skills, manners and basic respect. Have no clue what makes her thinks she can talk to people this way」

「A great stay. Brilliant location and the actual apartment is a great size with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and living area including full kitchen and laundry.」

「全てにおいて良かったです」

「Great and welcoming staff, clean and comfortable room, fittings as expected for an over 100 year old pub. Strange there was no breakfast options available, noisy refrigeration units on top of cold room near our room meant sleeping with ear plugs in, a sink in the bathroom would be good, otherwise a most enjoyable stay.」

「The room was very tidy and clean, the staff were very friendly and helpful with the local things to do and see breakfast was great everything you need to start your day, while the hotel is under going some renovations we found the staff and locals very welcoming and friendly had a great time over our 3 days and all the meals were fantastic no matter what you ordered a great cook well worth a visit even if its just for lunch or dinner.」

「Check-in process was non existent. Had to ask a chef where check-in was, was told to wait in a hallway until someone else helped.」

「正直滞在していてあまり面白くなかった。ルームメイトは長期滞在しているのか、部屋はあまりにも汚すぎた。ウェルカムな感じもしなかった。もっといいホステルはほかにたくさんある。」

「Lovely staff and very well kept rooms, but we found it too noisy at night.」
