「Affordable stay, spacious room. Overall okay, will come back because it is cheap and good」

「This is an excellent location. Close to Nagoya Mall , 5 mins walk. Lots of food places, all types of cuisine. Hotel is immaculate. The staff are very helpful and friendly. It is really safe and secure. Watching the ships in the bay is absorbing ans from my room I can see MBS in Singapore. 」

「The hotel room is clean. Deluxe room is spacious and the bed is comfortable. The breakfast menu needs some improvement though. Maybe the pan is over-used, the omelette didn’t come out visually presentable. The chicken sausage appeared twice in a row, not everyone is a fan of chicken sausage. Some popular items like bread (to be toasted) and watermelon were not replenished. It would be good for the management to understand which breakfast item is a hit or a miss.」

「Requested single queen size was given two single bed. The room was in bad condition outside lean against the wall two pieces of big Glass. The bed spring coil is not in good condition. Hurt our body and it is very discomfort. I think the bed mattress is good to be discard.」

「Servicing was not so matter as I didn't really call for servicing only asking for extra pillow and they are charging and that surprise me. Toilet was not really wash properly as the flooring smells urine. The best part is hotel surrounding with multi kind of food and tasty. Overall thank you Hotel Fresh One as I safely stay in this hotel.」

「I really dnt understand the hotel staff contact me after 1month I have stay there and ask me to pay for the room I have send them email confirmation and they still ask me for money. Kindly check with the hotel what is going on 」

「Definitely wont be back there again. Booked 2 nights but after the first night i left the next morning. Crack tiles. Shower drainage problem. Power sockets seems to be not working. Next door room was wide open with no one inside and it was messy. At first i dont expect much for the price i paid but this is just a no for me. Sorry i just cant.」

「There is a karoke place in the hotel. A good place to practice your vocals . In the morning, there are a lot of people at the market. There is a stall selling yummy bee hoon soup opposite the market. 」

「ハーバーベイを港に選んでいれば、近いし便利。 目の前は暗いが、一本出ればコンビニエンスストアがあったりするので良いと思う。 シャワーもお湯がシッカリ出たし。 冷蔵庫もクーラーもテレビもちゃんとしていた。 セーフティボックスもあり。」

「there are 5 to 6 Red Doorz hotel in Batam when I Grab,but none brought me to the right location directly, only after going round before finding the place」
