「Fantastic hotel in a great convenient location. All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was spacious enough for 2 the bathroom was the only thing that let the room down as it was very tight and the shower head sprayed water everywhere. The breakfast options were great. The room was very quiet, there was car parking behind the hotel which was for guest only. Overall a great property I would highly recommend.」

「Avoid this hotel. Our stay at Lagada Beach Hotel was a nightmare. Upon arrival, the first room we were assigned was filthy. There was visible dirt and dust, hair and sand left in the shower, stained bedding, and a stained mattress. After complaining, we were moved to a second room. When we pulled back the bedding in the second room to go to sleep, we found a dead insect in the bed. We immediately contacted the hotel again and requested a refund. At this point it was close to midnight during...

「Suite was large and tastefully decorated. Had everything we needed. Breakfast was delivered to the room every morning and great quality with the freshest foods. Staff was friendly and helpful. 」

「The staff is amazing! Our flight was delayed and we arrived later than expected (1am) and we were able to still be picked up and checked in. We loved how helpful the staff was in arranging cars and telling us the must see spots on the island. One thing that was really cool, they have a basket full of beach accessories that you can use.」
