「Un accueil chaleureux et adapté en fonction de chacun. De belles prestations et un service 5 étoiles. Nous avons eu un soucis d’eau chaude et en 15min ils sont venus et ont réglé le problème. 「My stay at this hotel had its ups and downs. Checking in was a hassle due to a wrong number listed for the hotel reception in the information provided. However, the location more than made up for it. Elephant Beach, right next to the rental room, is the most beautiful beach on the island in my opinion. The room itself was quite basic, but the views were fantastic. While there was a lot of traffic noise near the room, I still believe the rooms were good value for the price」

「Even before arrival, Mary reached out. Upon arrival she was extremely efficient, helpful and friendly! Melagrana is a beautiful hotel with a lovely outdoor patio, and evey room amenity one could need. The location is prime for access to the port, restaurants, transportation and shopping. Shower had good water temp and pressure. Bed and linens were top notch! And the breakfast was the most amazing! Thank you again for everything!」

「The view from my upper level room was great looking towards the port with nice sunny aspect for enjoying a drink. More than spacious enough and the accommodation was thoroughly clean and modern. Very good breakfast daily- mix of freshly cut fruits, boiled egg, fresh orange juice and choice of coffee. Greek yoghurt also with peanut butter and honey as well as toast with butter and jam.
