「Good location near downtown (walkable to baseball stadium), coffee/restaurants nearby, easy/safe parking, good access to I70 while being in a quiet neighborhood, nice backyard and porches, everything clean and working, easy in and out, hosts were easy to reach, good value. Neighborhood like others in this part of town is turning over so new builds like this next to ones that are in need of care and updating. 」

「I stayed here with my 11 year old dog Savana for a few months. The attached one car garage parking is a huge bonus to this townhouse. While the area can sometimes get noisy during the day, it is city living! I was able to work remotely for my work. My dog Savvy and I were somewhat sad to leave the place - as we found it to be comfy and relaxing. 」
