"Fantastic hotel, great breakfast. The main thing that kept me giving it 5 stars was the WiFi - slow to non existent. And 5G didn’t work either. When it gets fixed, then it gets up to five stars for me"

"I reserved a hotel room that supposedly was a studio that is 375 square feet. Upon check in, I was told that Speak with who you booked through, and we don't know anything about a studio that you booked. The room looked nothing like it was pictured on the Hotel.com website. Although I paid extra for a studio, we were given a regular room ."
