「ホテルはキーサイド地区というタイン川の近くの雰囲気のよいエリアにあり、ホテルの周りにはオシャレな飲食店が沢山あり便利でした。鉄道駅にも徒歩10分くらいです。ホテルは写真付きIDがないとチェックイン出来ないようなので、ご注意ください。　テレビ、wifi使用は24時間で５ポンド程の別料金がかかります。幸い、私の部屋には窓があったせいか、ホテルのwifiを使わなくても電波が通じました。３泊しましたが部屋の清掃はなく、トイレットペーパーやタオルの替えなど、必要な物はフロントで言うともらえました。チェックアウト後の荷物預かりも別途５ポンドかかりました。　色々と合理的な方針のホテルでしたが、フロントの方も親切で部屋も清潔に保たれていました。こちらに来る際はまた利用したいです。」

「Fantastic place when stopping maybe for a night or two. Ideal walkable location to city centre and all main attractions. Parking on site. Great sized room with a huge walk in shower. No food available due to our check in time which was ok, great information leaflet in room means we got a takeaway delivered and chilled out in our room. Some noise from pub but not more then you'd expect. Definitely stay here again」

「Budget level hotel. Bit disappointed that Google rate at 3*, but would be surprised with 2 stars. Friendly staff and it's clean but all looks tired and worn & in desperate need of major make over. Painted over damp around window, bottom of bathroom door frame rotting, rust on shower pipe work. Also our room was right alongside main road so quite a bit of noise.」

「As soon as we arrived & met the lovely Michelle we knew this stay was going to be brilliant she was so helpful & we were allowed into our room early to drop our luggage off. The room was amazing so clean with everything you needed provided (beverages,water,biscuits,toiletries,hairdryer,fan) & the beds were so comfortable we didn’t want to get up😃 breakfast was very good with cereal,fruit & yogurt offered plus juice & hot drinks & a delicious full English. Free Wi-Fi was very quick.Would highly...

「The hotel is on top of a lovely, vibrant, atmospheric pub (hence some music until late). Very friendly welcome, helpful, friendly staff. Great atmosphere in the pub. The room a little more basic than expected, our "standard" TV did not work but after some help with the WiFi we could get Neflix etc. Bed was clean and comfy, the shower nice and powerful, bathroom a little on the small side. There was a kitchenette however which was great, with kettle and microwave oven, could be useful if staying...
