"Staff great "

"The property was good for a cheap and quick stay for the Great North Run. The staff are nice and the property is clean. They do not provide soap, shampoo, toothpaste. There is no hair dryer. The matress sags. They only have a fitted sheet and a comforter. Buses nearby. Metro is 15 mins away. 15 mins walk to riverfront."

"Dust on furniture and cabinets, shower rooms were in poor maintenance and had pools of standing water. Property needs some attention."

"Property was immaculate and everything you would need for a stay. We were on the ground floor at the back however there was a generator at the back of our room on the wall outside that was on all night quite loud so found it difficult to sleep. "

"Lovely quiet spot and easy walking distance to shops. Good base. "
