「we like the customer service and how clean this hotel was. i loved that Marissa asked if I wanted a room on the first floor. it was a God sent, she was very helpful and we thank her for that. only thing that bother me was the blinking light on the fire alarm directly above the bed. very hard to go to sleep. but overall it was a great experience stay. thank you, San Verret」

「Always a great time on the Island. The pool temp is perfect this time of year and the crowds are smaller than summer. The hotel offers a carb loaded breakfast, so bring your own protein. We’ve been staying here for years and will continue on our next trip. 」

「The location was perfect to shopping, fishing, and the beach. The center of the property was lush with thick green carpet grass that included several picnic areas with bbq pits. It also has a playground, swings, horseshoes, pool and jacuzzi. Also there are rustic double chairs with a table which provides a little seating area right outside of your room. Our stay was perfect our family rented a few rooms and it was nice to gather in park area as we called it. Loved it and we have already booked...

「チェックイン当日、現地に着いて、officeを探したら、閉まっていた。 張り紙に書いてある指示通り電話をかけたら、ハリケーンの影響でクローズだから、 予約はキャンセル、部屋は無いと言われた。 チェックインの当日に、一方的に予約をキャンセルされて、途方に暮れた。 せめて、前日までに連絡くれれば、代替手段を取れるのに、現地に行くまで 連絡が無いのは、ひどいと思った。」
