「Well the room and bathroom were very clean, but it amazes me how bathrooms at hotels always have dirty “corners” and caulk by the tub areas. The staff was very nice, especially morning and day crews! 」

「One of our rooms door code wasn’t working when we arrived and didn’t get in until 45 min later. We were t allowed later checkout to make up for it. Pool is dirty and WARM. Very disconcerting. Loud neighbors overhead. Parking spaces were taken up my other cars when we were supposed to have 2 per room. 3/5 stars, will probably look elsewhere next time.」

「Always a great stay at Amelia’s Landing. The property owners are so friendly and welcoming. Location is close to the beach, dining and night life. 」

「Pet friendly. (I just wish a flat fee per stay not per dog per night) great location, dining, shopping, golf cart rental close, grocery store right behind it. We stayed in 102. It has a king bed, dinette, small kitchen full fridge & freezer. Bathroom (small but clean) then a door to another room with 3 full size beds. It’s a great layout. Clean. Beds comfortable. Staff is great and helpful. Safe area. The pool is so clean & beautiful. My only suggestions are… 1. Update the comforters on beds....

「We enjoyed our stay and were perfectly comfortable in our little tent. I would describe this as a kind of hostel. Shared bathrooms but it was not crowded so easy to find a vacant one when needed. Enjoyed talking to other visitors. The deck is absolutely the best thing about this place. Always a breeze up there and fun to people watch or catch a glimpse of ships coming out from the channel. 」
